⏱ How long is the turnaround time?
Typically 3–7 business days before your case ships. Standard builds — black 2U, 4U, and 6U cases — are on the faster end of that range. More custom builds with specialty Tolex, hardware combinations, or unique specs run closer to 5–7 days.
If there's ever a delay or a backup in the shop, a notice will be posted across the site. We'll always communicate proactively rather than leave you wondering.

🚚 How long does shipping take?
We're located in Woodbine, New Jersey in the Northeast United States. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after your case ships. The further west you are, the longer transit will take — West Coast orders should budget toward the longer end.
📦 How do I get my tracking info?
Once your shipping label is created, you'll receive a tracking number and direct URL via email. Your order status will also update from Confirmed to Shipped in your account so you always know where things stand.
🌍 What are the shipping options?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the best available rate for your destination. Most domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS.
International orders ship via USPS Priority International. Orders consisting only of small accessories (rack screws, panels, etc.) may qualify for USPS First Class International.
